Remember, remember, the 4th of November??
Do you remember the 4th of November? I sure do. November 4th, 2016 is the day that I had had enough. I stepped on the scale and couldn’t believe the number I saw. I saw 216 and I decided that was too much.
That day will be burned into my memory as the day I started my health adventure. The day I started working out. The day I started eating healthy. And you know what I believe is the most important thing about that day? It wasn’t a Monday. It wasn’t the first day of the month. It wasn’t New Years Day. It wasn’t significant in any other way.
An important thing to remember about your health is that it isn’t going to get better overnight. Your diet is always your diet. Everything you eat is part of your diet and it’s that way every single day. Not just on Mondays or New Years.
So what are you waiting for? Knowing that losing weight and getting healthy takes time, why wait until Monday? Why not start today?
