WordPress Android App

Well, I finally decided to take the jump and download the WordPress app for my Droid. I wanted to see what it is like and if it is even worth having. So far, I think I actually like it.

I’m not going to lie, I have never liked the keyboard on the Droid and I don’t think I will ever like it whole-heartedly. That being said, I never thought I would use my phone to post a blog update. Maybe it is just me and how bored I am at work but here it is, a blog post written completely from my phone. So I apologize for the lack of formatting and the horrible grammar/spelling. I’m doing the best I can.

Surprisingly, I kind of like the app. I am glad that it gives you 100% control, just as if you were on your dashboard on a computer. You can edit everything.

I think if nothing else, I will use this app solely for approving comments. Instead of getting an email on my phone saying I have a new comment and then waiting until I get back to a computer to approve it, I can do that instantly from my phone now.

Well my thumbs are getting a little tired but it isn’t actually half bad. I may actually use this in the future.

What do you think? Have you ever used a mobile app for blogging? Let me know in the comments or @DevonSchreiner or @InflectoVita.
